RETURNS AT RAFU APPU
All sales are final, under the applicable legal terms. All of our pieces are handmade, please allow for slight variations from any images. We gladly repair any Rafu Appu adornments that break due to a manufacturing fault within 3 months after purchase. If a jewellery item arrives damaged from the shipping process please contact us immediately at hello@rafuappu.com so we can take appropriate action. Jewellery damaged due to neglect or destructive use will be charged for repair.
We do not take returns on products. We could however exchange pieces for a change of size, under the strict condition that the items are unworn, undamaged and in complete original packaging with tags attached. The piece(s) must be returned within 7 days of arrival, along with proof of purchase. Any courier charges, duty and or taxes related to import of the goods will be at the customer’s expense. Rafu Appu reserves the right to not accept returns if the customer uses another carrier then the one suggested here, items must be returned via DHL express with all details, including return tracking number sent to hello@rafuappu.com.
Customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we take great care to only send a piece if we are 100% happy with the quality. If you are not happy with a purchase and wish to return it please contact us immediately to discuss the issue and we will do what we can to rectify it and assess whether an exception on return is in order. Items will need to be returned to us, unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, courier fees are not refundable.
