We ship to most destinations worldwide that do not have import restrictions. Stock orders usually take 2 - 6 working days to be delivered to you. The shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Free worldwide shipping on orders of € 300,- and over.

We hold no responsibility for these charges, nor can we advise on what these charges may be. We recommend you contact your local customs website or office for this information. Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to a country’s customs clearance process. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

In the rare chance a package may get misplaced and the last information on the tracking notifications are more than 14 days old please contact hello@rafuappu.com for further investigation. Any duty and or taxes related to import of the goods will be at the customer’s expense.
